Head coach of Eleven Wonders Ignatius Osei Fosu has taken a swipe at Medeama SC head coach Samuel Boadu for wearing slippers during his side’s clash with Legon Cities in the Match Day three of the Ghana Premier League.
Boadu was spotted wearing slippers during his side’s clash with Legon Cities on Friday night as his side drew goalless with the Royals
Ignatius who was watching the game on TV didn’t seem impressed with Boadu’s appearance, lashing him in a tweet moments after the game.
The Eleven Wonders gaffer described his colleague dressing on the touchline as unprofessional and not good for the image of gaffers in the league.
“This is unprofessional. Not a good image for our job. A coach wearing slipper at the bench,” he tweeted.
Boadu in his post match presser after his side’s 2-1 loss to Dreams FC explained he picked an injury at training hence wearing the slipper.
Despite that, Ignatius believes the Medeama SC gaffer could have done better with his dressing, especially when the game was live on television.
