Black Princesses Head Coach Yusif Basigi wants his side to be more productive upfront when they take on Morocco next week Monday.
The National Female U-20 side suffered a slim margin defeat to their Moroccan opponents on Thursday in an international friendly hosted at the Accra Sports Stadium.
The Princesses despite dominating play and creating several chances, failed to make it count.
The game was the first of two arranged friendly encounters; an initiative being used to keep the teams busy ahead of the next football calendar kicking into full force.
Speaking to Kumasi based Silver FM in an interview, Yusif Basigi has indicated that despite losing to Morocco, his side played well, hence his contentmet about the performance.
However, Basigi wants an improvement when they face their opponents again, most especially in burying the numerous chances that come their way in the course of the game.
“We need to improve our conversion rate. All the chances we had we failed to score, so we are going to work on the conversion rate,” Yusif Basigi told silver FM.
“Our defending wasn’t bad, so we need to only take our chances and do better,” Basigi concluded.
