Asante Kotoko Head Coach Maxwell Konadu has explained how the date change for the CAF Champions league qualifying fixture against FC Nouadhibou has impacted on his team’s preparations.
The Porcupine Warriors were originally set to face the Mauritanian champions on Friday November 27, 2020. The game; which is the first leg of the preliminary stage of qualifiers has instead been moved to Sunday November 29.
Speaking to the issue, Maxwell Konadu has touched on how this disrupted his training programme ahead of the match.
However, it is not all that negative per the Coach’s assertion, he has also touched on a few areas he believes the date change will positively impact on his team’s preparations.
