Ghana Black Stars B forward Joseph Esso stupendously fired his first goal of the season for Dreams FC to open his scoring account with the side in their 2-1 win over Medeama SC in the Match Day 2 of the Ghana Premier League.
The poster boy of the side broke the virginity of the game under 15 minutes to inject some energy in the side towards their first win.
Esso’s strike was neutralized by former player of Dreams FC, now with Medeama, Kwadwo Asamoah throwing the game into massive uncertainty but Ibrahim Issah restored the lead for the home side with an expertly taken spot kick late in th game.
Esso joined Dreams FC as a free agent after Hearts of Oak failed to renew his contract and has since been the top for the side.
His inspirational role in the team was capped with the goal he scored and promises to have set the tone for more goals to come in the season.
