Ahead of the start of the 2020/2021 Ghana Premier League season, King Faisal forward Kwame Peprah has downplayed talks that they have been handed difficult fixtures to the start of the season.
The Kumasi based club will open their new campaign away to WAFA, before coming home to play defending league champions Aduana Stars.
The In Sha Allah boys will then make a trip to face Ashantigold and host Inter Allies at home before traveling to Aiyinase to face Karela United in match day five.
According to several pundits, the Kumasi-based club will struggle in the first five games due to the qualities of the opponents they are coming up against.
However, Peprah who featured in 13 out of the 14 games KingĀ Faisal played before the truncation of the league insists they are not perturbed with what the pundits are saying as they are seriously preparing for every team.
“We are preparing for all the teams in the league. We don’t care about who we play in our first five games,” he told FootballMadeInGhana.com in an interview.
“It’s an 18-club league and we know we’ll play against all the teams that’s our focus. All the teams are beatable,” he added.
The former Kaaseman player also called on the fans of the club to be patient with the players as they have learnt from what happened last season.
