Asante Kotoko player Martin Antwi is interesting Karela United, with the club eager to make a move, according to local media reports.
Antwi is currently with the Kotoko contingent in camp at Koforidua where they are putting in the paces ahead of the new season.
Local media reports reveal that Antwi has been told to look for a new home after been deemed surplus to requirements by the Asante Kotoko technical team.
According to Kumasi-based Oyerepa FM, the Maxwell Konadu led technical team informed the player of his status within the playing body now on Thursday October 22.
Antwi, 26 is expected to be released by Kotoko soon and reports indicate he could be headed towards Karela United, with the Nzema based outfit keen on securing him.
Antwi, a former WAFA product now has to make a decision about whether he prefers a move to Karela United.
Antwi joined Kotoko in 2018 on a two year deal during the era of the erstwhile Coach C.K. Akonnor, but it looks like the end of the road st the moment for the player.
