Former Ghana international Stephen Frimpong Manso strongly believes the newly signed Asante Kotoko goalkeeper Razak Abalora will give the technical team a lot of problems on player selection when football resumes.
The Black Stars goalkeeper was announced as new signing of Asante Kotoko on Tuesday adding to Felix Annan , Kwame Baah, and Ibrahim Danlad.
According to the Nkoranza Warriors coach, bringing another top keeper to compete with the available three will only create problems for the technical team.
“It will be problematic for Kotoko to add Razak Abalora to their set up without sending any of the goalkeepers out.
“They are all equally good to start and would even give the coach selection headache”
Frimpong Manso said in an interview with Spice Fm, In Takoradi.
It remains to be seen whether the Porcupine Warriors will maintain the four goalkeepers or will offload one of them before the start of the season.
Kotoko are currently in Koforidua preparing for the 2020/21 Ghana Premier League Season which kick starts next month.
