Leicester City manager Brendan Rodgers has provided an update on Daniel Amartey’s injury situation.
The Ghanaian international picked up a knock during Sunday’s 3-0 Premier League defeat to West Ham.
Amartey who was making his third competitive appearance for the Foxes since returning from a two-year lay-off was substituted after just 10 minutes into the second half.
The 25 year old is set to undergo further tests in the coming days to determine the full extent of the injury.
“It looks like his hamstring, but we’ll get confirmation in the next couple of days” Rodgers said in an interview with the club’s official website.
