Former Hearts of Oak attacker Bernard Arthur has completed a move to newly-promoted Albanian top-flight side FK Apolonia Fier in the ongoing transfer window.

Arthur completed his move to the club after a fruitful negotiation.

He joins the club on a free transfer  after terminating his contract with Ghana Premier League giants Hearts of Oak this August.

The former Liberty Professional player will be hoping to rediscover his form in the Albanian league after a torrid times with Hearts of Oak.

Arthur has previously featured for AS Aïn M’lila and Tanzanian giant Azam FC.
