Reports in the Ghanaian media are that Egyptian giants Zamalek SC have sparked negotiations with Ghana forward Richmond Boakye Yiadom over a possible transfer.
The Egyptian giants are believed to have tabled an offer of $2m for the signature of the 27-year old striker and are awaiting response from Sebian side Red Star Belgrade.
Boakye rejoined Red Star in July 2018 from Chinese side Jiangsu Sunning and has since been a key member of the team.
The 27-year-old has scored 58 goals in 94 appearances with 13 assists for Red Star since his first spell in July 2017.
Boakye has 13 caps for Ghana where he has scored five goals in the process.
Zamalek are looking to strengthen their attacking options for the 2020/2021 season and have shown interest is signing the Red Star Belgrade player.
