Medeama SC midfielder Akwesi Donsu remains hopeful of playing for the Black Stars before he retires from football.
Donsu has been playing in the Ghana Premier League since 2013 and is one of the most consistent in the league.
Despite featuring for the local based Black Stars, it will be his biggest regret if he fails to feature for the senior national team and he is working hard to achieve the dream.
“Personally, what I want to do before I end my career is to play for the Black Stars and also move to Europe.
“I have featured several times for the Black Stars B so my aim now is to break into the national team proper,” he told Ghanasoccernet
“I’m still working hard to get a call-up and I know it will surely happen. But if I’m unable to play for Black Stars and move to Europe I will regret” he said.
The 24-year old has also featured for Colorado Springs Switchbacks.
