Aduana Stars skipper Yahaya Mohammed has described Medeama $100,000 price tag on midfielder Justice Blay as unreasonable.
The midfielder who returned to Medeama after ending his loan spell with Asante Kotoko has been a heavily linked with a returned to the Porcupines.
According to the report, Medeama have placed $100,000 price tag on the permanent transfer of the player making his transfer seemingly impossible.
But Yahaya Mohammed has described the price tag unreasonable due to the hardships brought by the Covid 19 pandemic.
“The $100,000 price tag on Medeama SC’s Justice Blay isn’t reasonable,” he told Asempa FM
“We aren’t in normal times, looking at the outbreak of the coronavirus pandemic.
“If the player wants to play Kotoko, both clubs should sit and discuss the future of the player but the price tag for me is unreasonable,” he added.
The 28-year-old won five man of the match awards before the season was cancelled.
