Ghana Premier League side Legon Cities new signing Nicholas Gyan says he is well prepared and ready for the resumption of football amidst Coronovirus induced break.
Gyan joined the ‘Royals’ as a free agents at the second window but the outbreak of the coronovirus pandemic delayed his debut for the club.
Football has been suspended in the country since March following the outbreak of the pandemic which has taken the lives of 262 peoples in the country.
The Ghana FA have been working behind the scenes with the government to ensure the return of football.
In an exclusive with Nkunim 93.7 FM, Gyan expressed his readiness with the return of football.
“Am ready and well prepared for the 2020-2021 season”
” Am going through alot of personal training as a player, which I strongly think am well prepared for the upcoming season.”
“And looking at all that l have done so far nobody will tell am not ready”
The Ghana football Association have scheduled the first week of October as the date for the return of the Ghana Premier League.
