Former Free State foward Abdul Basit Adam has arrived in Tarkwa to hold talks with Medeama SC, Footballmadeinghana.com understand.

Basit 25, has been without a club since terminating his contract with Lebanese club Tadamom Sour two years ago.

The budding foward was close to joining Legon Cities earlier this year but the deal fell off after failing to reach an agreement with the club.

Footballmadeinghana.com understands the President of Tarkwa based side Moses Armah Parker will hold talks with the player in order to secure his signature.

Head coach of Medeama Samuel Boadu watched the player few weeks in a  select side game at Aboabo and was impressed with his output.

Medeama SC see the former New Edubiase attacker as the potential replacement for Prince Opoku Agyemang who is on the verge of leaving the club.
