Renowned Sports Marketing Expert, Neil Armstrong-Mortagbe says the entry of Asamoah Gyan and Sulley Muntari into the Ghana Premier league will serve as a major boost to the local football industry.
Reports of Gyan to Asante Kotoko and MUntari to Hearts of Oak have been gathering steam in the last 72 hours, with both players open to such an idea.
The two national football icons are currently unattached and are available to join any side provided terms are duly agreed.
Gyan has never hidden his joy for Asante Kotoko and has stated in several interviews that it’s his wish to play for the Porcupine Warriors before hanging his boots.
Muntari on the other hand was also seen training with Accra Hearts of Oak even before the CoronaVirus pandemic caused the postponement and eventual cancellation of the Ghana Premier League.
Fans of both clubs have been itching to hear official news of the players joining and speaking in an interview with Skyy Power FM, Neil Armstrong has revealed that the inclusion of both players in the two teams will serve a major boost to not just the clubs, but Ghana football at large.
