Fit-again Ghana defender Musah Nuhu was on target for St. Gallen on Saturday evening as they run riot of Austrian side Austria Lustenau in a friendly.
The home side win 5-0 in a game that becomes their biggest win in their preseason friendlies.
It was the first game the Ghanaian had started for the Green and Whites since his injury that laid him off for a whole season.
Nuhu was pulled out of the game minutes after hitting the back of the net with a superb finish.
The Ghana defender has since played three games for the side since returning from injury, but until Saturday, he had been coming on as a sub.
The promising defender who last played for WAFA in the Ghana Premier League joined the Swiss side on loan in his first season before impressing to be handed a 3-year deal last year.
He started with an astonishing form to the season but got injured on national duty during Ghana’s preparation for the 2019 AFCON and was sidelined since.
His recovery and rehabilitation took a swifter turn that had been predicted and the youngster is already showing readiness for the upcoming season.
