Andre Ayew has been named Swansea City’s Player of the Year at the club’s end of season awards.
The Black Stars skipper deservedly won the prestigious accolade following his outstanding contribution during the just ended 2019/20 campaign.
The Ghanaian international was the club’s top scorer with 18 goals and provided seven assists for Steve Cooper’s side.
He was also decisive in the Championship playoffs, but ultimately the Swans fell short as they fell to defeat to Brentford in the semi-finals.
Ayew rejoined Swansea from West Ham for a second spell at the club in January 2018, and returned to south Wales again last summer after a season-long loan at Fenerbahce.
