Ghanaian giants Asante Kotoko are in talks with Medeama SC to sign their top midfielder Justice Blay permanently.
Blay who spent two seasons on loan at Asante Kotoko has returned to parent club, Medeama following the expiration of his loan deal.
However according to reports, the Porcupine Warriors have opened talks with the Tarkwa based club for the permanent transfer of the hardworking midfielder.
Medeama value Justice Blay at $150,000 if Asante Kotoko wants to activate the option to sign him permanently.
Head coach Maxwell Konadu has requested for the services of the player and considers him a key figure in him for the for the CAF Champions League next season.
