Following his appointment as the Chief Executive Officer of Asante Kotoko, Nana Yaw Amponsah has received massive congratulatory messages from top officials in the football industry.

The promising young man was officially named the CEO of the club on Friday afternoon after rumours of his appointment had dominated the media space.

His appointment, hailed by numerous Asante Kotoko fans has also been acknowledged by several football officials including the President of the Ghana FA and other Executive Council members.

The first to congratulate Nana Yaw Amponsah on his appointment as the new Kotoko CEO was the GFA President Kurt E.S. Okraku, followed by Executive Council member Frederick Acheampong and former GFA Vice President George Afriyie.

Kurt swiftly changed his facebook cover page with a picture of Nana Yaw clothed in Asante Kotoko to celebrate the appointment of the young man before adding a message on his timeline to congratulate him.

Acheampong, popularly known as Achie,, who attended the same secondary school with Nana Yaw could not hide his joy for his school mate by congratulating him on his timeline as well.

Former GFA Executive Committee member Osei Kwaku Wilfred, popularly known as Palmer also applauded the young man, by issuing a statement, for being appointed the CEO of the Porcupine Warriors.
