Portuguese side Vitória Guimarães are interested in the services of Ghana defender Gideon Mensah.

The Red Bull Salzburg left back who spent the 2019/2020 football season on loan at Zulte Waregem has emerged as their top transfer target, according to latest reports.

The 22 year old will however not come cheap as Salzburg are not too keen on losing one of the club’s most prized assets.

Guimarães will also face stiff competition from German side Hertha Berlin and French side St Etienne who are also monitoring the situation.
