Legendary Kumasi Asante Kotoko striker Nana Arhin Duah has named the toughest ever venue he visited, while playing in the Ghana Premier league.
The striker belongs to a generation of players who lit the local league centers with brilliant and exhilarating football, in effect tickle pinking spectators, who continually followed the game religiously.
His proficiency upfront was admirable with him earning the nickname ‘Nana a ɔboa nipa’ among the Kotoko faithful.
Arhin Duah’s name was ever present on the team sheet for the clubs he played for (Obuasi Goldfields and Asante Kotoko) and this proved a headache for opposition coaches and defenders who mostly struggled to stop him from delivering them a painful blow.
The player, of all the venues he visited and the adventures he lived in Ghana’s top flight has singled out one particular ground as the most tough.
In a recent interview with Revolt GH TV, Nana Arhin Duah mentioned the Berekum Golden City Park; then home to Berekum Arsenals as the toughest Ghana Premier League center he has ever played at.
