King Faisal forward Ibrahim Osman has revealed that no one from Asante Kotoko has spoken about a return to the club following his impressive loan spell in the Ghana Premier League.
Osman who was sent on loan to King Faisal at the beginning of the season scored eight goals and made three assist in fourteen games for King Faisal despite the Insha Allah boys failure to win any game.
Despite expressing his wish to return to his parents club at the end of the season, Osman has revealed neither Maxwell Konadu nor any board member as spoken to him about his return to the club.
“I haven’t heard from Kotoko. No one has spoken to me regarding my return to the club. I have been hearing it on radio and read it on social media but to none has called me from Asante kotoko.
“I’m still a player of Asante Kotoko and I’m ever ready to return whenever they call me. I’m ready for Kotoko. The loan at King Faisal has really helped me.” He told footballmadeinghana.com
Ibrahim’s exploit for King in the botched Ghana Premier League has put pressure on Maxwell Konadu to recall the player ahead of next season’s Ghana Premier League.
None of the current Asante kotoko strikerS scored more than three goals in the just cancelled Ghana Premier League and with Ibrahim bagging 8 and assisting three, Maxwell has no option than to recall the player to the folds of the Porcupine Warriors.
