The local contractor for Hearts of Oak’s Pobiman Academy Project, K.A. Estate Ltd has promised to work wonders on the facility in the next three months.

An announcement was made by Hearts via their official social media handles that they had reached an agreement with the Ghanaian Real Estate company to commence work on the Pobiman project.

The local firm is responsible for the groundswork (substructure only) and with work in partnership with Turkish firm Permafix.

Speaking to Kumasi Based Oyerepa FM soon after the announcement,  the CEO of K.A. Estate Ltd, Kofi Agyei promised to commit wholly to ensure the project becomes a success.

He assured that, works which commence next week will be done on a 24 hour basis.

“Hearts’ longtime project will become a reality as we start our work next week ,we are working 24hrs, Kofi Agyei told Oyerepa FM.

He explained what the project which is in two phases entails.

“4 playing fields and 8 unit hostels will be situated at Pobiman. They are in 2 phases; Structural and Foundation work and the second phase is the Pre-fabricated structure expected from Turkey,” he said.

“Maximum 3 months, Hearts supporters will laugh to Pobiman Sports Academy and see wonders, their dreams will come to pass,” Kofi Agyei concluded.
