Former Asante Kotoko striker Obed Owusu has lavished praise on his ex- teammate Songne Yacouba describing him as unique talent.

Obed formed a great partnership with the Burkinabe attacker during their time together with the Porcupine Warriors.

According to the Berekum Chelsea attacker, Yacouba is a unique talent, and remains an asset to any team that will secure his signature.

“Playing with Songne Yacouba was a great feeling and he is a great player”. He can play and impact at any club, he said

Obed also disclosed the reason why he joined Asante Kotoko.

“I came to Kotoko with a mentality of winning the champions league or the confederation. Asante Kotoko SC is the greatest team I have played so far.

“I never use anything like Black magic (juju) at Asante Kotoko SC,” he concluded

Obed Owusu spent five years at Asante Kotoko SC winning a couple of trophies.
