Evelyn Nsiah Asare says she is duty bound to serve Asante Kotoko to the best of her ability after being named on the nine-member board of directors of the club on Thursday, 28 May, 2020.
Evelyn is following in the footsteps of her late grandfather Mr. Francis Dominic Nsiah Asare who served the Porcupine Warriors in the 70’s.
The head of Sports at the Sunyani Technical University is the only female appointed by his majesty Otumfuo Osei Tutu II, the owner and life patron of the club.
Nsiah has vast experience in sports administration, having work with various women national teams and the Sunyani technical university school team.
She is currently the welfare manger of the Black Princesses team.
The former sports journalist and other members have been tasked to rebuild Asante Kotoko and make it an elite club.
