The Confederation of African Football (CAF), has written to the Ghana Football Association to apprise them on their final decision concerning the suspended 2019-20 Ghana Premier League season.
The continental football governing body wants to know from all member associations whether they are willing to continue the season or scrap it.
CAF have set a deadline of May 5 for final replies.
The CoronaVirus pandemic has jeopardized the global football calendar with almost all activities put on hold.
In Ghana, the GFA has postponed indefinitely the respective football competitions and migrated its office space to the virtual space.
As uncertainty hovers around the future of the 2019-20 campaign, CAF has written to the various member associations to know their stance as they make plans for the future.
CAF in the letter also requested member associations to make a decision concerning determining the teams they will submit to partake in next season’s CAF inter club competitions.
