Former Asante Kotoko captain Amos Frimpong has set his sights on returning to the club in future.
The versatile defender joined the Porcupine Warriors from BA United in 2011, and went on to enjoy a successful 8 years stint with the Kumasi based side before making the move to Guinea top-flight side, AS Kaloum.
Speaking in an interview with Kickgh, the 28 year old professed his never ending love for Asante Kotoko and his desire to serve the club in a different capacity after retirement.
“My love for Kotoko is beyond measure, and I dream to return to the team, but this time not as a player rather as a Management member, or any other official role after retirement”
“I will quit football as a footballer. However, with its kith and kin, whatever it is that I have to do to upgrade myself to work for Kotoko, I will do” he added.
