Asante Kotoko captain Felix Annan has vowed to put up a fight aimed at reclaiming his spot as the club’s first choice goalkeeper.
Annan lost his place after match day three in the 2019-20 Ghana Premier League season to Kwame Baah after being granted a leave of absence.
Annan sought permission to marry and upon his return has failed to get game time since.
His lack of game time has become a main talking point in Asante Kotoko’s season and the goalkeeper has revealed he’s eager to reclaim the number one spot.
He said “For all my years at Kotoko, all my playing career, I have been fighting for position, I’ve been always giving my best”.
“For sure as far as I am in the club, I am going to fight and give my best each and every minute I step onto that field”.
“So to me its not a problem at all, its all about keeping on with my training and everything”.
“I will keep on fighting until I’m no more in the club”.
