Former Black Princess and Maidens attacking Midfielder Olivia Anokye has shared her life experience in Spain.
Olivia who has spent the past two years in the European country says the Spanish style of play is different to that of Ghana.
The winger went on to say the Spanish know how to play the game very well only hardwork can keep you at the same level with them.
In an exclusive interview with Nana Kweku Mensah Kaninja of Angel TV, the Cordoba winger Said,
“I learnt a lot of things and get a lot of experience as a playerhere in Spain”
“The Spanish style of play is different from Ghana, they know how to play and they’re fast on the ball as well, so if you are not fast, it won’t be easy for you at all.
“You need to put a lot of efforts to adopt to their style of play, if not you will always start from the beach. You have to work extra hard and show them you also know how to play.
“When I was playing for SD Eiber, we played against Cordoba and they showed interest in me so I decided to signed for them.
Olivia also stated she is very happy at the club because of the way they have received her.
“I am happy here, I stayed alone at the apartment the team gave me, I take good care of myself. I prepare my own food sometimes the coach send the senior players in the team to me because am the youngest player in the team just (20 years) to teach me some things I don’t know and also teaching me how to speak Spanish.”
Olivia played for SD Eiber before joining Cordoba in one and half year deal.
She was also part of the Maidens team that played the U-17 Female World Cup in Jordan and Black Princess team that played the 2018 U-20 FIFA World Cup in France.
