Head coach of Medeama SC Samuel Boadu says the club will make it up with the six points deducted from them for using unqualified player against Great Olympics.
Medeama who before the disciplinary Committee rulling were on top of the league have now dropped to 6th on the log with 25points.
But Samuel Boadu is confident Medeama SC will still win the league despite the setback.
According to the coach, though they are now four points behind the first place team (Aduana Stars) , but winning the league is achievable looking at the rest of the games.”
” Yes it’s painful to lose 6 points, but nothing is over for us. We are now four points behind the first place. And from my calculations looking at the rest of the games. we can still win the league.
” The first place team will come to Tarkwa in the second round and we are going to do everything to beat them. We are going to make sure we will win all our home games and try our best and win some of the away games to compensate it with the six points lost” He told light FM Sports.
