The Professional Footballers Association of Ghana (PFAG) has extended it’s  condolences to the family of legendary Ghana striker, Opoku Afriyie.
The former Asante Kotoko star died on on Sunday, 29 March, 2020 in Kumasi aged 75.
Bayie was a prominent member of the Black Stars squad that won the 1978 African Cup of Nations.
He scored the two goals in the final of that tournament.
Afriyie was also the top scorer of the Ghanaian top-flight league in 1979 and 1981
