Liberty Professional attacker Mubarak Alhassan has named Hearts of Oak as the toughest side he has faced in this season’s Ghana Premier League.
The Scientific Soccer Lads were edged by Hearts of Oak at the Carl Reindorf Park in Dansoman.
Speaking to Zuria FM, Mubarak Alhassan described the game as the toughest they’ve played after 15 rounds of games in the league.
” The game against Hearts of Oak was difficult, Hearts of Oak outplayed us on the day. They were more determined to win the game. They come with all guns blazing and wanted to win at all cost.”
The former West African Football Academy player also shared his view on the Hearts of Oak midfield Trio (Christopher Nettey, Frederick Botswe Ansah and Benjamin Afutu).
” The truth is that, they are the toughest midfield I have faced. They were strong, physical and aggressive. Playing against them was difficult and I can bet you no team will find it easy playing against this midfield”
Mubarak Alhassan has scored 5 goals in 12 games for Liberty Professional in the Ghana Premier League.
