Premier League side King Faisal have completed the signing of Experience defender Akwesi Acheampong ahead of the resumption of the league.

The former Asante Kotoko defender penned a deal with the club after impressing the technical team during a short trail with the club.

CEO of King Faisal Sadat Anwar confirmed his signing to footballmadeinghana.com,

“We have completed the signing of Akwesi Acheampong, after watching him in training for some weeks the technical team recommended we should sign him. He comes in with experience which we lack at our back.”

The former Berekum  Arsenal defender will be hoping to use his vast experience to solve the defensive woes of the club.

He has previously featured for Bechem United and Wa All Stars.

He becomes the third signing of the club after Samuel Akurugu and Andy Oduro Acheampong.
