Premier Leagues clubs Legon Cities FC and Karela United have requested for the services of Asante Kotoko defender Ismael Ganiyu for the second transfer window.
Ganiyu suffered a knee injury during the Club’s 2018/2019 CAF Confederations cup campaign.
He made a miraculous comeback without surgery to correct the partial Anterior Cruciate Ligament injury he suffered and has been back with the first team since January this year.
Ganiyu has since featured in only one competitive game which was the MTN FA Cup game against Deportivo since his return from injury.
Both Legon Cities and his former club Karela United have identified him as the solution to their defensive woes ahead of second round of the league.
Footballmadeinghana.com understands clubs like King Faisal and Ebusua Dwarfs are also monitoring the player’s situation and if there is a possibility of getting his signature for a possible loan deal for the second round.
