Elmina Sharks defeated Liberty Professionals 3-1 at the Nduom Sports Stadium on Saturday.
The hosts took the lead early in the game through Benjamin Tweneboah who finished off a brilliant team move.
Alhaji Mustapha extended their lead before the break to ensure the Sea Animals were in full control at half time.
After the recess, Augustine Owusu scored his first goal of the season after connecting from a free kick to make it 3-0.
Liberty pulled one back through Mubarak Alhassan which turned out to be only a consolation goal.
The impressive result means that Sharks have now won four and drawn one of their last five league games.
The win takes their points tally of the season to 23 after 13 games.
