New signing Leonard Owusu has completed his first training session with MLS side Whitecaps FC. 

The former Dreams FC captain arrived in Vancouver on Wednesday where he met his new teammates for the first time.

The Ghanaian midfielder joined the Canada-based outfit in January from Israeli Premier League side FC Ashdod on three-year contract with an option for another year.

Whitecaps FC are currently wrapping up their final preparations ahead of the 2020 MLS season which kicks off this weekend.

Leonard is expected to make his debut against Sporting KC on Sunday.
