French born Ghanaian defensive midfielder Elisha Owusu has been included in the starting lineup of KAA Gent’s crucial UEFA Europa League clash with AS Roma.

The 22 year old midfield kingpin makes the Gent starting lineup once again after seeing full action in the 1-0 first leg defeat to their Italian opponents last week.

Hosting the game at the Ghelamco Arena, Gent will count on the home fans to be their twelfth man as they bid to get a better aggregate score line to qualify to the Round of 16 stage. The game kicks off at 5.55pm GMT.

Elisha Owusu born to Ghanaian parent in the Montreuil,  commune in the eastern suburbs of Paris is eligible to play for both France and Ghana. Owusu has previously played for Lyon and Sochaux in France before moving to Belgium.
