Aduana Stars have apologized to Asante Kotoko head coach Maxwell Konadu for the ‘reckless comments’ made by their head coach W O Tandoh against Kotoko head coach Maxwell Konadu.

Coach Tandoh in an interview with Accra based Angel FM, labelled Maxwell Konadu as a villager and a disgrace to Ghana football following what Kotoko did in their game against Aduana Stars on last Wednesday in Dormaa.

But in a statement released by the club, the club condemned the comments by the coach and also rendered an unqualified apology to all affected parties.

The club also hinted the coach might face sanction for his irresponsible comments.
