Bechem United handed Berekum Chelsea their first defeat of the season by beating them by 2-1.

Goals from Charles Mensah and Prince Adu Kwabena handed Bechem United their third consecutive home win. The visitors’ goal came via an on goal from Agbesimah Kofi.

Bechem United had a dream start to the game and quickly took the lead  in the 2nd minute.

Charles Mensah gave the home team the lead with a nice finish.

Berekum Chelsea leveled matters 17 minutes later, Kofi Agbesimah put the ball in his own net to make it 1-1.

Despite creating a number of chances none of the sides was able to add to the lead.

Prince Adu Kwabena restored Bechem United’s lead with a great goal in the penalty box.

The visitors came back stronger after the recess but couldn’t get the breakthrough.

Bechem United defended very well and made sure they maintained their lead till the end of the game.
