Maxwell Konadu has been handed a major boost with the return to fitness of his star man Mudasiru Salifu ahead of his side’s encounter with Accra Hearts of Oak.

Kotoko’s workaholic midfielder Mudasiru Salfu has recovered from his injury after two weeks on the sidelines.

Mudasiru sustained a foot injury in Asante Kotoko match-day three encounter with Berekum Chelsea where he lasted for only 42 minutes

He has since missed the club’s defeat to Medeama SC and also sat out  the game against Ebusua Dwarfs.

But the 22-year-old has been declared fit and will be available for selection in the Porcupine Warriors match-day six encounter with Hearts of Oak on Sunday.

The medical team of Asante Kotoko confirmed that the hardworking midfielder will be available for their game against Hearts of Oak.

His return is a major boost for Maxwell Konadu who has so much faith in the youngster.
