Maxwell Konadu was reluctant to entertain a question asked about the goalkeeping situation of the club.
First choice goalkeeper Felix Annan was away due to his marriage with long term girlfriend Franny.
Second choice goalkeeper Kwame Baah did wonderfully well and kept a clean sheet as Kotoko returned to winning ways against Ebusua Dwarfs.
With Felix Annan likely to return for the game against Hearts of Oak, when asked if Kwame Baah’s performance on the day could force him to maintain him for the subsequent games, Maxwell answered: “We will see who will keep the post in our next game.”
“Both keepers are very good. If he (Baah) didn’t concede or lose a game doesn’t mean he will not lose. He can also keep the post and lose so it doesn’t matter who keeps the post.
“We will see who keeps the post in our next game. But I can’t say it here,” he added.
Asante Kotoko will play as guests to their bitterest rivals Accra Hearts of Oak on Sunday at the Accra Sports Stadium.
Both sides are coming into the game on the back of winning their previous games.
While Kotoko managed a 2-0 win over Dwarfs at the Baba Yara Sports Stadium, Hearts staged a wonderful comeback over Liberty Professionals with a magical 2-1 win.
