The Ghanaian bulky striker had offers from Galatasaray and Stade Reims last year but chose to stay at Sparta Prague.
Nimes have been long time admirers of the 22 year old and are keen on securing his services before the January transfer window closes.
The French side is proposing a loan move until the end of the season with an option to sign him permanently.
Negotiations are reportedly at an advanced stage with the player having already declared his intention of leaving the Generali arena.
