Hearts of Oak Managing Director Frederick Moore raised a lot of eye brows following his absence from Sunday’s 3-0 defeat to Medeama in Tarkwa.
Moore has been queried over the issue by the board during a crisis meeting today, FootballMadeInGhana understands.
The club’s top hierarchy were reportedly pleased by the explanations given and have decided to brush the matter to the side.
Hearts of Oak board member Frank Nelson told Kumasi-based Oyerepa FM: ”It’s not proper for the MD to be absent from a match like the one against Medeama.
”We have asked for explanations why he couldn’t make it and from his explanations, it wasn’t intentional.
”We are okay with his reasons.”
