Head Coach of King Faisal Anthony Commey has insisted he is not disappointed with his side performance despite their winless run in the 2019/2020 Ghana Premier League.
The Premier league returnees lost their first game against Dreams in Dawu, before suffering their second defeat of the season against Ashantigold at home on Sunday.
King Faisal played the last twenty-five minutes of the game with a man down after goalkeeper Alexander Domfeh was sent off for handling the ball outside his area.
Speaking to the media after the game, Commey insisted he is unperturbed with the results but assures his side will come good in the subsequent games.
” They (Ashantigold are ahead of us. They prepared very well for the league compare to us who are still getting our team”
“I was quite pleased with our performance because with a man down we still pushed forward it’s quite unfortunate we couldn’t get the breakthrough”
The coach also spoke about the sending of Alexander Domfeh
” I don’t what transpired there, I was a bit far from them. What I know is the ball didn’t hit his hands so he was explaining to the referee that, but the referees wouldn’t listen and decided to show him another yellow card”
King Faisal will travel to Dormaa to face Aduana stars in match day three of the Ghana Premier League
