Dreams FC head coach Karim Zito has expressed his happiness after his side’s comfortable win over king faisal.
Dreams FC got off to a flying start in the 2019/2020 Ghana Premier league by beating King Faisal 4-1 at Dawu on Sunday.
A brace by Emmanuel Ocran, and one each from Issah Ibrahim and Amadu Dantani silenced the In Sha Allah boys.
Zito was delighted with his side’s output and stressed on the importance of winning their opening game.
“I’m very happy we’ve won by 4 – 1, every first game of the season is very difficult.
“Most of our players are new to the Premier League. But I’m very content they put up such performance on their debut,” he said.
When asked about the performance of King Faisal, Zito answered,
“Comparably it was very clear that we were far ahead of them , we started our preparation very early.
“Because most of the players were playing their debut in the league, they put up a good performance in trying to secure their positions”
Dreams FC will face Techiman Eleven Wonders in their second game of the season
