The 2019/20 Ghana Premier League gets underway on Sunday, December 29 with Medeama playing guests to Ebusua Dwarfs at Cape Coast Sports Stadium.

The Bontoa boys will fancy themselves against a new look Medeama and will seek to unsettle the Tarkwa based club.

Both teams have their sights set firmly on a top-place finish this season and a good opening day performance might just be the kind of push needed to propel them to achieve their targets.

The club have been handed major boosts following the return of Kwasi Donsu and Ibrahim Yaro after spells in the American USL.

The club also announced the signings of SEVEN new players including former New Edubiase and Black Stars B striker Prince Opoku- Agyemang.

Coach Samuel Boadu is expected to experiment a blend of his old and new stars as he prepares to scale his first huddle of the season.

Meanwhile Dwarfs can count on all their stars to be ready and fit for the important clash on Sunday. Albert Hammond, Simon Mantey and Asamoah can be a handful for any defense in the league on their day.
