Accra Great Olympics have confirmed the appointment of Prince George Koffie as their new Head Coach.
Koffie replaces Isaac Nii Armah after the latter surprisingly left his post due to personal reasons.
The club’s choice may not be a popular one but he is well respected among his peers. The Coach who is nicknamed ‘The Mastermind’ is a Caf License A holder and has had previous stints as an assistant Coach at Unistar Soccer Academy as well as the Head Coach of India’s Al Etihad Sports Academy.
His most recent feat was guiding Niger’s Sahel Sc to beat Accra Hearts of Oak at their Pobiman training grounds in October.
Coach Koffie will be joined by Seth Hoffman, formerly of Accra Hearts of Oak as his Assistant.
Olympics begin their Premier League Campaign with a difficult trip to Obuasi to face Ashgold.
