Christopher Antwi-Adjei has not been included in Ghana’s matchday squad for tonight’s opening 2021 African Cup of Nations qualifier with South Africa.
The technical team decided against his inclusion because he landed in the country just this morning.
His late arrival was due to the delay in the acquisition of his Ghanaian passport at the consulate in Germany.
The Pardeborn star will however be in contention to make his debut when the Black Stars travel to face São Tomé in their second Group C game.
The pacy winger will join camp for preparations for the match which is scheduled to played on Monday, November 18.
