Asante Kotoko have sacked their head coach Kjetil Zachariassen following a meeting with the Norwegian manager on Wednesday.

In a letter signed by the Chief Executive Officer of the club, George Amoako attributed the Norwegian’s dismissal to his inability to meet “performance targets” set for him.

The club have agreed to pay his outstanding salary for the month of October.

Kjetil Zachariassen joined Asante Kotoko four months ago singing a three year a contract after leaving Ashantigold.
