The Gyan family is football royalty in Ghana because of the exploits two illustrious brothers.

Former Black Stars forward Baffour Gyan played for several clubs in Europe including Russian side Dynamo Moscow.

While his younger brother, Asamoah Gyan who currently plies his trade in India with NorthEast United is widely regarded as one of the greatest Ghanaians players of all time.

Their names are already carved in the history of Ghanaian football folklore but there are two more young authors that are looking to continue writing the script.

Denzel Gyan, son of Baffour Gyan is already catching the eye with his exploits at Happy Stars, a colts team in Dansoman.

He was recently adjudged the Best player and goal king in an U14 tournament which was held in Dansoman in September 2019.

Frederick Gyan, the first son of Asamoah Gyan also plays in London with the youth team of Oxford City FC. He plays as a striker and recently helped his team to their second trophy of the season.

It is still to early to predict whether Denzel and Frederick will fulfill their full potential but there is no denying talent even at their tender age.

The cousins have a long way to go to fill the big boots of their fathers but they are certainly on the right path.
